What's a preferred Hotel ?

Patricia Tourist Office has developed a close working relationship with selected hotels in Riga where we have inspected their facilities and provided expectations about client requirements and customer service levels. The hotels that we list on our website as preferred hotels are hotels where we know that the experience the guest will receive will be consistent from visit to visit and at a reasonably high quality level.

In addition, we have established good communication channels with the supervision and management of the hotels so should there be a problem, we can quickly coordinate to  make it right !

These may be both large and small hotels both in the city center, old city and within the greater Riga area.

Our goal is to have a wide range of good quality hotels to offer our clients and to have multiple levels of backup as the situation warrants.
